1. About Us

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Clixaro website and your purchase of products from Clixaro Ltd (company number 17157098), a company registered in England and Wales. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Trade Customers Only

Clixaro operates exclusively as a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale supplier. By registering an account or placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing goods for the purpose of resale or business use, and that you are acting as a business rather than a consumer. Our products are not intended for direct personal or household use by the purchaser.

3. Ordering

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Clixaro Ltd. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Minimum order quantities (MOQs) apply to all products and are displayed on each product listing.

A binding contract between you and Clixaro Ltd is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. Until that point, no contract exists.

4. Pricing

All trade prices displayed are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT will be applied at the prevailing rate at the time of invoice. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, the price confirmed in your order confirmation will be honoured.

RRP (Recommended Retail Price) figures are provided for guidance only and do not constitute a guarantee of resale value.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of ordering unless a credit account has been agreed in writing. We accept payment by bank transfer and major debit/credit cards. Invoices not paid by their due date may incur interest in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 2–3 working days. Delivery timescales are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title in the goods remains with Clixaro Ltd until payment has been received in full.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the buyer.

7. Returns & Defective Goods

You must inspect goods upon delivery and notify us of any shortages, damages, or discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt by emailing hello@clixaro.co.uk.

Returns of non-defective goods may be accepted at our discretion and will be subject to a restocking fee. Goods must be returned in their original, saleable condition.

Defective or incorrectly supplied goods will be replaced or refunded at our option. We do not accept returns of goods that have been used or resold.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied under that order. We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses including loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of goodwill.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Clixaro website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Clixaro Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
